No RFE. Incorrect Message. In my case, no RFE for wife. Message incorrectly updated.

Sometimes case status is wrong Sometimes when there is an RFE for the primary, the website incorrectly shows and rfe for the derivative also. Happened to us. No RFE for my wife (although website was showing it sometime ago). Both got approved this week.

My 485 category was EB1 EA (Extraordinary Ability). It was a self petition. For EB1 cases Labor Cert is not required.

Recent LUD changes On my case the LUD changed again on 09/14 and today 09/15 after no updates from 09/02-09/14.

I have similar experience to slw3k. LUD changed three times after RFE received and stopped. No approval yet. Last LUD change was on 09/02/04.

Not yet. I think Happyvoda is right (My attorney has similar experience). I am going to call the 800 number today and open an inquiry, leave it at that and not worry about it.
