I called the DOL AVM. One case from my company was received by DOL on Jan. 22,2004, RIR was denied on MArch 15, 2004. The code number is programmer/analyst. Hope it's not mine. Three years waiting. Sad.

Re: NY regular labor NY regular LC is as worse as RIR. But in last year, regular LC moved from 1998 to 2001 while RIR standed still at April 2001. It seems NY SWA put a lot efforts on regular LC. My case was filed in July 2001. I've been waiting more than two years. Things are getting better...

sasuli, It's hard to say. My guess is they can clear at least two months LCs every month after 245i, maybe even faster. if you want to estimate when they will reach your case, you need take into account many factors: 1. when will 245i be cleraed? (end of this year) 2. how fast after 245i...
