I got LUD on my I485 and my wife's I485 on 2/3/08. My I485 has been approved last year but my wife's case is pending. Two weeks ago, my wife applied for AP renewal and I thought the LUD might be related to AP.

I've received email for approval on 28th June and actual approval mail by post a week after but since then no LUD for card ordered or production yet. I fear that they will not say that the approval email and mail was sent in error. Could anyone let me know what should be my next steps?

I had LUD on 29th without any message change and 30th is approval message. I'm not certain yet because last time I received wrong approval message and it turns out mail returned notification. I'll wait until I get the mail and post details then.

The priority date rule was not existed that time. I believe it came up in 2005/2006
