May'05 I-140 Approved - Attn:"ngusev", "aj_jadeja", "sappana", etc Today I got the email with I-140 approval notification. My I-140 application receipt date was May 6, 2005 with no LUDs till date. I hope I have a smoother sailing in the 485 stage !!!!!

Looks like EB3 cases are being processed I-140 EB2 processing date did not move. Looks like USCIS is busy processing I-140 EB3 cases last month.

Guys, I was trying to infer the pattern for I-140 approval. Does it look to you guys that USCIS is picking up I-140 cases for approval only once your Priority Date becomes current (for all concurrent filings). This might explain why sappana's 140 was picked and not for me/aj_jadeja/etc...
