GUYS IT WOULD BE REALLY HELPFUL FOR ME IF YOU CAN POINT ME TO SOME WRITTEN DOCUMENT THAT SAYS THERE IS NO NEED TO REFILE I-140 IF TWO COMPANIES MERGE. MY LAWYER IS AFTER ME THAT UNLESS I SHOW SOMETHING SOLID SHE IS NOT GONA GO AHEAD. THANKS A LOT.

I was reading somewhere that if tax id changes then need to refile I-140 so thought of confirming that as in my case my Tax ID has changed.

thanks for the reply, even i think that is does not makes sense to refile I-140 with the new company name but still i was concerned that they may raise some objection during the interview and then it will be a problem. keep me posted if you have any more things to tell me.
