My interview date for Citizenship is November 15th. Since it a month and a half away I was wondering if I can go for interview earlier than that. Has any body made it happen before or do you know how can it be done? Also how much time does it takes to be the citizen after the interview?

We are booking a flight to India via Amsterdam where we will have to do a forced overnight stopover in Amsterdam. Will we need a visa for that purpose if we need to sleep in a hotel for the night. I have GC and my wife has Advance parole. Harvinder

I got the AP. It looks like it was delivered to somebody else. They opened it and then we had to leave a notice at everybody's door. It might be because of holidays that people were out and when they came back they put the notice back in our mailbox.
