Do you have to send Driver's license or passport as well? Since you have to send copies of EAD, why do you need the another photo id?

SHe doesn't have to go through the entire GC process. SHe can file for Labour (LC) which shouldn;t cost more than $3000 with all lawyer's fees. HEr lawyer is probably cheating her as the amount ($10000) is too high. Ask her to consult different lawyers and get a quote.
