    thank you everyone. Noth_star and Beavis, I did do my second FP in April, 2004. RFE and 2nd FP came around the same time. 485_takes_4ever, I'm not sure whether it is a concurrent case but I applied I-140 in July'02 and I-485 in Oct'02. I-140 was approved in Nov'02. Hope this helps !!!

    mine is not concurrent 140/485 but I received RFE. I think CSC hasn't started it's pilot program yet. The filer's from WAC03150xxxxx onwards may get benefit from this program as their 140's are yet to be approved. Anyway, Don uncle has started doing something good...:) -gcpro wac030175xxxx

    vetri, I don't think so...I did my FP in DEC 2002 and looks like it's already expired. I believe BCIS must be following some strategy to reduce backlog....like * RFE's for WAC03 * direct calls/interviews for WAC02 filers and approve immediately - WAC03017xxxxx
