Please give us more info:

How many FP's did you submit? If there was a second one when was that appointment for? My ND is 12/02 , 1ST FP was received 02/03 , havent got a secondFP request so Iam worried.

Noth_star and Beavis, I did do my second FP in April, 2004. RFE and 2nd FP came around the same time.

485_takes_4ever, I'm not sure whether it is a concurrent case but I applied I-140 in July'02 and I-485 in Oct'02. I-140 was approved in Nov'02.

Are you an EB2 concurrent filer?

Iam , ND for 485: 12/02/02, 1st FP: Feb 2004, Nothin after that..
