Just Wondering....

What is causing this wac03 and late wac02 to get approval so fast....why is the approval thing not going in sequence..are these people contacting senator or some local representatives...?

I know BCIS is known for there unpredictable approval but this kinda sucks....

*sigh* there always these lucky few who jump the queue. More power to them.

But for the rest of us waiting for our adjudication, the wait will go on, and until then crank up the faxes and emails to push INS a lot more than what we are doing right now.
 
I think these people must be in-laws of Bush or Don Neufeld....

Finally Bush decided to migrate his in-laws from mexico and gave them approval faster than us..:D :D

I don't think so.
CSPA enacted in August 2002 prevents most of children having turned 21 from aging out.
 
There has to be very good explanation for these cases to be picked out in advance. We may not know. We gotta track down these people and find out if they just got lucky or if they are
special cases. I am sure there is an explanation.

This shows the CSC can adjudicate I-485 application within 4 or 6 months even with Security Checks !!

Some of them could be.
Anyway, the Security Check can be completed within 6 months.

Also, the above WAC-03-268 example includes 3 people.

I know the law suit contact list has some WAC 02 numbers listed but if we can get a FULL list of all wac 02 in california that are still pending and use that against Don Neufeld somehow. Do we have such a list have used such a list as a fax to anyone.
