Mine also not recd. PP reached St. Louis on 04/12/04 Cashier check encashed on 04/20/04 Recd. at DC 04/21/04 (informed by them when I called them) Still I'm also waiting. Mine is not a bar coded one. I think that is why it is taking long. Not sure. gcperson.

btw got the approval notice by the end of Mar. 2004 from VSC .....

I applied for my wife H4 renewal end of Jan. 2004. I sent personal check for the renewal fees. Hope this helps. gcperson

Guys, Hang in there...... I guess it might be the usual "Ability to pay" stuff...... If you reply to RFE, NSC clears that within 2 to 3 days...... for me and my friend same thing happend. Hope this helps. gcperson
