Your I-140 must have been approved. Contact your employer or lawyer to get the latest update. They should have a approved copy of your I-140.

I would not bank on the August visa bulletin a lot since there might be thousands of cases in front of you starting 1st April 2004. If the visas are available for rest of the year then there is a probability of you getting it. If you get it in the month of Aug then thank your stars. :cool:

I think it will be April 1st 2004 or before candidates are getting approved as till July end only those applicants cases are being picked. If May 2004 applicant is approved then it is sheer luck. Did not wanted to mislead anyone. :p

Received my wife's approval notice today. Phew !! It is a big sign of relief. Now both of us can celebrate as I got my approval exactly a month back.
