PD May 31st 2006,chances of approval ?????

Hi ,
My PD is may 31st 2006,I-140 approved in august 2006
my 485 received date is july 2nd 2007
but when i check the status the automated voice is sayaing that the receipt date is 31st july. and what are my chances of approval in august.Can someone please clarify this.

I would not bank on the August visa bulletin a lot since there might be thousands of cases in front of you starting 1st April 2004. If the visas are available for rest of the year then there is a probability of you getting it.
If you get it in the month of Aug then thank your stars. :cool:
