Hello,My bro is applying for green card based on his marriage with a US citizen,but he has prior unauthorized employment and overstayed his visa,should he mention that in his i 485 form?

He got his package back from NSC ,the reason for rejection is that he didn’t fill out the information about his US citizen child date of entry into the US,but he never left the US and he is not even included in the asylum application because he was born here,that’s ridiculous,,,,,

its from my own experience,when my asylum case was pending and i had c08 category they refused my application for twic,and i had to wait untill i got asylum approved and the A5 category on my new ead,now i have my twic valid for 5 years,,,
