Did not received notice of action from NSC

Hello,one of my friends has filed the form I 589,asylum application with Nebraska service center on January 6th and the usps tracking# confirms it as received and signed by. XXXXXXXXX on January 6th,2020,but he never received anything from NSC,we tried to email them at NSCFollowup.NCSC@uscis.dhs.gov but this email is no longer in use, anybody has been in the same situation????

I filed on Dec 27th, usps showed delivery
They sent back my I589 last Friday after 2 months with a rejection notice. They claimed that it was incomplete due to not including sufficient copies

It's a hoax that they initiated recently
Your friend has to wait 6-8 weeks. They will either send you biomwtric noticw or will ask you refile

Is he in Chicago or San Fransisco?
 
He got his package back from NSC ,the reason for rejection is that he didn’t fill out the information about his US citizen child date of entry into the US,but he never left the US and he is not even included in the asylum application because he was born here,that’s ridiculous,,,,,

Yeah
They have hired a group of a**holes at Nebraska to reject correct application. You shoul refile. Include the rejection notice and write a brief explanation that you have addressed the shortcomings
