Please dont metion that name check memo is working, especially after getting approval for 2007 case.. there are people waiting for 3/4/5/6/7 or more years and USCIS is approving 2007 cases. how does htat make the memo work? indepdent of this, congrats on your approval...

I read in some other place that they will be processing based on the 485 RD.. probably this is one of other the billion confusing things that will never be clarified by USCIS...

While I am happy to see approvals, I am totally pissed off by the fact that USCIS is approving cases with RD 2007, while they are supposed to be approving the cases that are pending for 3/4/5/6/7 ( donno what is hte max) years.. As usual being a black box, these guys come out with some stupid...

Another victim in pain EB2/India/Sub PD 05/2001 RD 10/2004 3 AP & EAD renewals. Xferred from CSC during 02/07. 2nd FP completed during early 2007. Last update from CSC indicated that the case is pending in name check. no sign of approval in near future... waiting.. waiting with pain...

My case is stuck in retrogression due to the recent EB2 unavailability. My 485 ND is nov'2004. But I had an LUD recently which I want to know, if it is due to name check clearance. I am planning to request senator to check with FBI on my NC status. Will he deny to check with FBI as my case...

I would not conclude anything in my case, untill I really see a message change. Ofcourse thanks to USCIS to help me build this level of pessimism.

I had an LUD on my 485 case today with no message change.. My wife's case did not have any update. We both had updates on 15th and 16th. I guess today's update is probably a real one with respect to my case unlike the ones which happened on 15th and 16th, but I dont have any guess as to why the...

We had a similiar LUD changes for 2 continous days (8/15 and 8/16) for the 50% of the pending 485 cases in CSC. This might be due to some internal update that USCIS is doing.. one of the reason could be that USCIS has started digitizing the A-files.. there is a news release in aila.org about it..

I guess there could not be any better explaination for these LUDs apart from how you described.. frustration and frustration is all these expectations lead to, in GC processing..

Give up guys 1) The LUD update has happened not just on the same day but almost at the same time, which means it is an automated one. 2) Obviously no change in message for anyone.. and it seems to have happened for many number of people.. 3) there are cases of recent (2muchtowait's family...
