My case is stuck in retrogression due to the recent EB2 unavailability. My 485 ND is nov'2004. But I had an LUD recently which I want to know, if it is due to name check clearance.
I am planning to request senator to check with FBI on my NC status. Will he deny to check with FBI as my case is retrogressed?
Or is there any other way to find out if my name check is cleared while my case is retrogressed?
I did a recent query about a month back and hence according to my attorney, i can send the next enquiry only after 90 days. Also I guess USCIS does not respond to query when the case is retrogressed..
pls. let me know what is the best way.
