Me and My wife got approval on our I-485 on Monday, April 14, 2008.
It said "Card Production Ordered"

My question is how long usually it takes until I have it on hand.

Just can't wait to touch it....

NiteCruiser, Why do you think someone be interested in knowing that some unknown person got approval, without knowing any data on when & what.. would you mind adding details about your pd, rd, nd..?

Dont mind these idiots. Congratulations on getting your 485 approved. I am trying to find the same thing as you are and some folks have said anywhere between 1 and 3 months. Will post a reply as soon as I find out something.

In the meantime enjoy the freedom.

I received the letter last Thursday, and I am so happy.
Congrats to you too!

It says within 3 weeks I should have received the GC.
So, let's wait!
