Thanks for the quick response. My husbands EB case is not current. It is backlogged at 2003. No hopes in the new future. That hy we tried and succeeded in DV 2010.
I am concerned as to why on hard copy of NOA of transfer it is shown ans Westminister, CA and on website for the same case as SAnta Ana, CA. I am hinking of calling the USCIS and clarifying.
