No, never been arrested. Couldn't read the paper but according to the conversation between Officer & Supervisor, they were referring to a document from 2008 that needed Background Check, even though my Asylum case was approved by Judge on November 2009 & my GC approved in 08/2010.

Interview It wnt well, just asked for the original of my Birth Cert., asked for my expired work permits to destroythem. Finally she told me that my file was a "huge" file (she pointed at it), and todl me that I should get an answer within 30 days. That was it!

Whish is the date that GC issuance count? I Received my GC last July 2011 and it is valid for 10 years. The GC says: "Resident since (Month) 2007". I guess my question is: Can I apply for Citizenship five years from 2007 or I need to count the actual date of issuance of my GC as 2011?
