I am a USC and I am planning to apply GCs for my parents. I was wondering if I can include my brother who is unmarried and is under 21 years old or does he automatically qualify under the parents if they get it. If not what would be the best way to apply for him?

Like Jackolantern said you will be forgiven for working because you entered legally on a visitors visa and you are married to a US citizen. And yes you can write where you work. I was also worried about it and I consulted my lawyer and I wrote. They even asked me if I still work at the interview...
