what does the status field say in your screenshot?

I got the Screen Shot yesterday and i see that all fields except for Prevailing wage are filled. What does that mean ? And is there a way to find out the prevailing wage for the Occupation Code listed on the screen shot ?

Hi Sahil, As you mentioned in your mail that you responded NOF.. So Did you get NOF at your address or your Lawyer got it? and whether you replied or your lawyer replied?

My NOF my employer received it on jan-29-07.I heard most of the cases NOF will go to either Attorney or employer.not sure employee also get the copy of NOF.Mine was replied on last date 1stmarch.

My case has been Certified as of March 08. It was in process this afternoon. Thanks for all the support. We are one group. i have learnt a lot from here.

I rebutted the NOF - PW, with Alternate Survey on Feb 28 and with in a week, Online status shows certified. Now waiting for Approval papers...
 
My H1 will expire on 1st April and I was hoping I will have I-140 approved by then so that I can then apply for three year extension.

This is truly very frustrating experience.
 
Get a copy of your ETA 750A. check the secion 14. (Education and Experience) That will tell you whether it is EB2 or EB3.

She said in the beginning I could file the I-140 as EB-2 but now she said I'm EB-3. Please give some Ideas on what I can do ?

My case has been certified. Couple of days ago I got an email from Info@... all fields were blank :confused: :confused: I hope this not a PBEC Online system Error

"Final Review" for 3 weeks.

I got a new screenshot. It is still "Final Review" as 3 weeks ago. I was excited when I got it the first time. And then I was nervous because my case did not show " certified" for 3 weeks and maybe I am going to get "NOF". But today, it is still "Final Review", I am dumb.
 
Last 2 weeks I am getting 'Final Review'...sent the third request yesterday..
I am also afraid of getting a NOF...

'They' would burn in hell...you know who...

... between EB2 and EB3 based on education and experience? I mean what level of degree/experience gives you an EB 2 and what gives you an EB3?

Section 14 and 15, is to describe the minimum Job requirements for the position being applied for.

if it says MS + any yrs or BS + 5 yrs, then it is EB2 else EB3

wow wow wow what a wonderful sunny day it is and a good news from PBEC my case shows certified oct 2004 RIR,PA should wait for the hard copy

My case No. P-05143-32xxx & my PD is 23Rd Oct 2003.
My case is closed once & reopend & now it is still in Data Review.
Lost week i sent email from company email ,i got email back from PBEC
all field Except Occupation title,Occupation Code & Prevailing Wage is empty.

The lady told me that we have team working on 2001 cases , another team working on 2002 cases and so on.........
my case has been in process from last 9 months and waiting for analyst to analysis the case.

The replay from Info Also showed the case status as RIR and all other fields were blank just several days ago and now it is certified so be prepared yours should be certified soon also.
