DV 2026 AOS (Adjustment of Status) Process Only

Interesting that you found someone who had attended the interview. I know AOS cases are rare, but I haven't seen much evidence of interviews being conducted since the hold started.

I faintly recollect reading about one DV selectee on your blog who reported a while back that they attended their interview back in December, after the pause went into effect. The IO told them they could not be approved due to the pause, and effectively put them on AP.

Yes - that's about the only other case I know of - and there are people who are presumably waiting...
