VAWA 42b is the same as just regular 42b when it comes to visas. If the process starts because of a 42B application then you are part of the 4000 visas. VAWA 42b and VAWA are not the same thing. VAWA is an application to adjust based on abuse, VAWA 42B is a CANCELATION OF REMOVAL based on abuse.

Look at your work authorization, the document itself. Most of the information needed is on it. You go to USCIS.org and print the I-765 form or you can fill it out online. Make sure to read the instructions, it telks you the documents to add to the form and where to send the package.
