Wow this is great. so in short there are still visas, but they are processing them too slow. It doesnt help us much but it does give us some information.

I got denied a motion to expedite the adjudication of my case because my daughter is close to her 21 birthday, I have not idea what options I have for my case. I have an appointment next week with the lawyer. Any advice that give me hope.

This is a million dollar question, we never know, few years ago was in march when they do the most of approval letters. Past 2 year start to do in October and I hope the continuing in October. I’m from may 17 2022
