Case tracker is better than the uscis web tbhThat’s right. I was testing this yesterday and tried to add the case to my USCIS account. I can only add the case this morning as a I765.
It will be uploaded on the document library as a pdfMay I ask if anyone knows? If I submit a FOIA request through a website, will the results be available as electronic files for me to download myself, or will they be sent as paper documents mailed to my address?
thank you very muchIt will be uploaded on the document library as a pdf

They usually upload it as a PDF in the online portal (Document Library), and you'll get an email when it's ready. But if you requested paper copies or didn’t specify, they might also mail it. Just keep an eye on your email after submitting the request.May I ask if anyone knows? How is it possible for your friend to get decision in the same week as his interview, delays matter case to case but mostly the officer probably had a complex case like yours and he prolly put it on the desk and working on other cases but it will be reviewed eventuallyHi guys. I attended my interview about a month ago in Houston, and I’m yet to get a response. A friend that attended an interview almost 3 weeks after me at same office got an approval a week ago. I applied post the 1 year deadline. Could that be the reason for the delay? Although I’m currently in status and the officer asked I uploaded evidence to my uscis account that I have continuously been in status.
Same here but Newark Office. I had applied 2.5 years after. Most likely that’s the reason why. What docs you have uploaded? My officer asked my f1 school transcripts. It’s been 42 days and still no decision for me.Hi guys. I attended my interview about a month ago in Houston, and I’m yet to get a response. He had an approval in 10 days. Hopefully. I am thinking of doing a walk-in to make enquiries since the office is close to me.How is it possible for your friend to get decision in the same week as his interview, delays matter case to case but mostly the officer probably had a complex case like yours and he prolly put it on the desk and working on other cases but it will be reviewed eventually
I uploaded all my I-20s and EAD cards.Same here but Newark Office. I had applied 2.5 years after. Most likely that’s the reason why. What docs you have uploaded? My officer asked my f1 school transcripts. It’s been 42 days and still no decision for me.
he did not ask my EAD's but school transcripts. it's bc of the 1-year rule, dude. stay strong. if the officer did not believe in your story, he, probably, would not have asked your transcripts. best of luck and keep us updated.I uploaded all my I-20s and EAD cards.
No correlation. So many factors can be in place; different officers could have interviewed you guys, obviously different claims, maybe even different countries. The deadline has no impact if USCIS already acepted your reason of why you applied after. Your decision can come tomorrow or in a few months. Do an inquiry but don’t try to compare. Asylum cases are not linearHi guys. I attended my interview about a month ago in Houston, and I’m yet to get a response. Not true. There’s not a science to this. Just wait for decision. Sometimes it’s just security check taking a while.he did not ask my EAD's but school transcripts. it's bc of the 1-year rule, dude. stay strong. if the officer did not believe in your story, he, probably, would not have asked your transcripts. best of luck and keep us updated.
what makes you say that? Not true. There’s not a science to this. Just wait for decision. Sometimes it’s just security check taking a while.
Because no 2 cases are the same, he just explained in his earlier post, we have couples receiving their cards or approval on diff dates , we have seen joint apps with diff rfes, so the advice is just sit tight and be hopeful, if anyone can predict uscis outcomes, i would advise you to play the lottery , your skills are being wasted here.what makes you say that?
No not that part, I’m talking why someone would think that security check solely delays applications?Because no 2 cases are the same, he just explained in his earlier post, we have couples receiving their cards or approval on diff dates , we have seen joint apps with diff rfes, so the advice is just sit tight and be hopeful, if anyone can predict uscis outcomes, i would advise you to play the lottery , your skills are being wasted here.
