Notice:-

We have completed a preliminary review of your petition listed above. As part of standard processing we are transferring your case.
Asylee-based Form 1-730 Petitions are transferred to a U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) international field office or to the Department
of State (DOS) consulate office in the country where your beneficiary lives. Once that office receives your case, either the USCIS international field office
or the National Visa Center (NVC) will send you instructions for your beneficiary's interview. If your beneficiary moves to a different country, contact the
USCIS office or the DOS consulate office in the new country to transfer the petition.
Refugee-based Form I-730 Petitions are transferred to the USCIS Asylum Division for further processing. Once the below office receives your case, they

thanks for your guidance, how long will it take for NVC to send welcome letter after the transfer notice.

I heard that others receive it within 8weeks so am still on the timeframe today the my 24 days of waiting while waiting you will the the approval notice too which will kickstart the nvc process
 
Question to those who had expedite requests approved - is losing a close family member that's causing mental distress considered a legitimate reason to ask for expedite?
 
Hi friends, I submitted I-730 petition for my wife and two kids (who are under age) but I only received i-730 approval for my wife and one of my kid. Do USCIS process it separately each application? do I need to inquiry about it or wait to see if they are going to send it?

Congratulations on the approved ones! My understanding is that they consider each case separately.
Can you share your timeline please?
