Apparently, we need to keep calling multiple times until we get a nice soul willing to help and give information. I just called and she said that my info pass request done a long time ago, only got delivered to an officer this past Friday and I should just wait for his call. Also, asked if she could confirm my status or if they have received my judge orders but she can't.

Anyone here has gotten a dhs g-56 form in the mail? I was reading about it and it seems like ICE wants to do a “check in” with my husband. Please let me know if any of you have gone through this process?
 
Just a got a call from an officer. They don't know why my I-485 was admin closed one month before my case got granted by IJ. She also said my I-94 was updated and sent to me over a month ago, but I never got anything. She'll be escalating for an officer at Las Vegas field office, they don't stamp passports anymore, then an email was sent but my uscis account doesn't have a feature to download any document.

When you check your uscis case status using your I485 receipt no what message you getting? Please let me know, mine saying the finger applied to my case and nothing else, TIA
 
My lawyer said we don't need to reopen this i485, the officer at the line said we have to. Most likely they'll charge me their work and the stupid form has a fee.

Nothing.

The last update is the same since 2021 that my case was transferred to another USCIS office.

I can't make an e-request online because the website says my receipt starting with SRC is not eligible.

Chatting with someone is a waste of time of time.

You'll need to make multiple calls to see if someone is helpful.

The supervisor will just repeat whatever the last action on your case was done and tell you to wait.

They are SHIT.

I am experiencing the same, same story they are repeating and going nowhere. Frustrating
 
I have completed 45+30 days and just called for the follow up and agent explained after 3 un responded request they can escalate to executive department. Between each request there is a 30 days waiting. He put the new request and issued new referral id no. This is my second request.

I am also in the similar situation. My 46th day was yesterday. I called them and they told me someone from our field office will call me.
