Hello, Anyone has luck those who got decision was mailed from decision is pending no fees waived and still got approval? My status changed yesterday to decision was mailed, I understand its most likely referral but any success story with this scenario? I do see i94 record from my past visit but travel history is not available. eoir, i dont see case registered yet. Unable to add case in my online account. Its nerve breaking for me. My timeline Interview 25th October > Decision was mailed yesterday. Applied in 2016, did mandamus and but looks like decision is not in my favor.

Remain hopeful Uscis are doing another system upgrade from yesterday till 2am today , it may be good news for you just be optimistic that no matter what you will be okay .

I see someone got approval, same scenario as yours, don't loose hope, event it's refferal, it is not denial and you can still win your case, Good Luck.

Unfortunately still decision is pending, somehow my I-94 travel history record has been removed today.
I hope it is a good sign.

It will give you an option to check your travel history to the usa after filling up the personal information.

I keep checking mine daily, just today I found out they have removed my travel history.

honestly I have many record for entry and departure since 2017, and I know that record only removed after 10 years under normal circumtances.
I Never stop praying, hope this is a sign of approval.

Good morning, forum. I am new in tis forum. I want share a message that I received yesterday at night. The message says New Card is being produced. Mi time line is received case on 12/30/20, first interview on sept 2022, 2 nd interview November 24, The office is Los Angeles but my asylum is of Phoenix, because in Arizona there aren't immigration official's for asylum.

I am curently waiting on my Asylum decision, and yet I just submitted the ead application last week since its just pass the 150 days period, can anyone advice me weather my ead application will be getting a delay since they are prioritizing the decision on my asylum case?
