I applied Real ID today at California DMV. I showed EAD and the staff asked me if I have GC, I said no, but it is pending. Then his supervisor came and approved my real ID.

Really I live in San Fernando Valley California and I didn't have any problems with the real ID

From Arizona? I also estimate they’re working with 2021 but I haven’t seen an Arizona case in a long time… that’s why I’m wondering if anyone else has or has a pending case and what’s their approval date

I was reading that after the 30 days laps they give to prosecutor attorney to appeal ?? But I am not sure. Call your attorney I think they receive it.

Hi friends, my letter came in yesterday. It took about a week. I am waiting for the 30 days to be over. I guess after that I will have to schedule the infopass.
