I honestly feel that you should make an infopass appointment online. Just find a way to get to your local immigration office. They have everything they need. Also, i think USCIS has an email as well. Ask your attorney to copy you on that email so you have written proof.

Congrats agaiiiiiinnnnn linco.Well, I think you should do the same as people did before; wait a while (5 days) which is what is necessary for the court to send the papers to immigration. Remember that the court gives the papers to the immigration lawyer and she sends them to our lawyer and USCIS. So they already have this letter, and the 30 days have already been taken, so go there in person and say that you were unable to make an appointment by phone and take all the necessary documents and if possible ask for a cover on your passport too. I would do this.
