Eoir 42b visa availability for FY 2019

Since getting the physical work permit card takes forever, you have to use the USCIS receipt paper to renew at the BMV. This past year though I did not renew my work permit because I thought I would be granted earlier & it’s expensive. So I would definitely get it if you need a drivers license or also good for a legal form of identification!!

Hello Everyone. I have good news! after reading all the granted good news by the way congrats to everyone for the good news!! I checked the acis.eoir website and My husband Case was granted on 12/6/2024 I called his attorney and I was told to wait until january 6, 2025 to call the 1800 to make an info pass appointment.

I dont mind the wait. Im just so happy that the cancelation of removal was granted. It really was a weight lift off of me!
