Hello everyone, Iam dv 2021 winner, my interview was conducted on 30 April 2021 in US counslate in Mumbai, Unfortunately I got administration process at interview, then after two business days I received refusal letter via email, the letter states : my case is refused under 212a 5a, many times I send emails to counslate to inquire about reason to visa refused, they said please refer to refusal letter, its unbelievable I'm submitted them my high school certificate at interview, why they refused my case under 212a5a so that I sent email to legalnet to inquire about reason to visa refused, they said "
In this case, the consular officer evaluated all of the evidence submitted and determined that you
have failed to establish that you meet the education or work experience requirement. Whether or
not you have established that you meet the education requirement for a diversity visa is a factual
determination that must be made by the consular officer. ". I believe very well it's unfair decision.
 
What you can do is to accept the decision and move on with your life, the CO’s decision is final. It cannot be appealed. This was all explained to you in the other forum where you had multiple threads (and where you actually provided more information about the CO asking for course transcripts from the pharmaceutical program you were studying and you provided some certificate in its place) .

I think Co desicions is finally if its correct but my case is refused due to educational requirements with that I'm meeting education requirements
 
Regardless of if the case was justifiable denied or not in your opinion, the decision is final. End of story. That is the harsh reality you need to face.

In 2019 we(my mom and whole family) was refused the green card so I did a bit of research if we can overturn the refusal(my mom did not meet the education requirements as she had failed 1 sub) found out we can appeal but only for some reasons....now idk if they did it for that reason or they were just kind to us but overall they did give us a chance to qualify through work but unfortunately we did not meet the requirements as well.....I would show you that email we sent....but I do not have access to it any longer.... hope this helps...

Do you mean your mom failed in one subject???? If so which subject and which country are you???? With the work requirement is it any work at all example office clerk

You can qualify either through education or work experience, so sounds like they were giving you the chance to try prove a different method of qualifying.
If OP is (as I understand) still at university the work experience option is unlikely to apply. In case it does, I have put the link in the post above.
