DV 2021 Administrative Fee Receipt Delay?

Hi

I sent the $330 administrative fee for the 2021 DV lottery as an AOSer but I haven't received my receipt yet.
1. Do you know if there are any delays in receiving the receipt.
2. Who I can contact to check on my receipt? I tried contacting the Department of State but due to covid it seems no one is at the office to respond to calls

I sent the payment on Oct 13th 2020. I used a USPS Money Order and included a SASE. I checked the money order and it was cashed. My case number ends in 56xxx so I'm not sure if its affecting the response time.

Email KCC with your case and payment details. Let them know you’re yet to receive the payment receipt, request they send you a copy via email.
