About my DV lottery photo, is it too late?

Hello everyone, unfortunately I let the excitement get the best of me and I'm cursing at myself for not making sure the proportions were 100% right. I used the photo tool to crop it, and at first when I tried to move it precisely between the ovals it did not want to accept it, but then I tried uploading it again and did not try to move it and the photo got cropped just fine. I guess it did fit ALMOST completely in the ovals and I'm beginning to think that even if the tool did crop it, it may still not be within the required parameters.

I measured the height of the head from the bottom of the chin to the top of the hair, and it does seem to be roughly 5% bigger than it is supposed to be . Eye level on the other hand, seems to be fine.
I attached the cropped picture, can someone tell me if it is ok ? Do you think I'm basically doomed?

It's fine. The word CROPPED is on the filename telling me this was cropped by the photo tool - so the tool thought it was OK. Relax.

Yes it was cropped by the tool, but I got worried because the photo requirements page seems to be very strict about the height of the head in pixels etc. Maybe I'm worrying too much.

Yes you are. Plus even if what you did was wrong, there's nothing you can do about that particular submission anymore. Move on with your present life, forget about the DV till May 2016 when its time to check whether you've been selected or not.
