Diversity Visa Lottery 2015 and Processing Time

Hello, I sent my document for Adjustment of Status through DV2015 to Chicago. In December my forms were accepted and yesterday I was in the local office for fingerprints. On the USCIS web site I found the following processing time for the form I-485:

USCIS Processing Time Information for the
Chicago IL Field Office

Posted: January 12, 2015
Instructions for Using the Chart

The chart will show most of the types of forms processed at the field office or service center. You can select the form type that applies to your case from the drop-down menu.

If the field office or service center is meeting its goal for processing a form, you will find the timeframe listed in months. For example, if the office is processing Form N-400 naturalization applications in five months or less, then the chart will say "5 months." However, if the office is experiencing a processing delay, you will find the filing date of the last case that the office completed before updating the chart.

Field Office Processing Dates for Chicago IL as of: November 30, 2014 Form Form Name Processing Timeframe:
I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status March 1, 2014
N-400 Application for Naturalization June 30, 2014
N-600 Application for Certification of Citizenship 5 Months

Does it mean that the average time for I-485 consideration is about 9 months for that office?

Thank you!

That would show the average time for typical I-485 cases, but that has nothing to do with DV I-485 cases. They move faster.

I have another question, please: I am going to take my last semester at university and I am planning to take only 1-2 courses which is enough to complete my program. But since I am an international student I have to take at least 3 courses for full-time enrollment. I can file the Request for Less Than Full-Time Enrollment to take only 1 or 2 courses but recently I have applied for Adjustment of Status through the DV2015 and I am curious if my Less than full-time employment can affect Adjustment of Status process.
