Two Egyptian winners with CN 2XX and 8XX didn't received their 2NL
and another winners with CN 4XXXand 3XXX received it

They all sent their forms
How?????
 
Firstly, the Embassy has this notice on their webpage.

"A MESSAGE TO OUR CONSULAR CLIENTS
The safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority. Due to disruptions caused by the current security environment, consular services may experience unusual delays. This situation may affect processing times for visa applications and U.S. Citizen Services. Changes to appointment schedules may occur on very short notice. The Consular Section’s capacity to respond to inquiries is limited at this time due to the volume of inquiries. We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we strive to provide efficient service while prioritizing your safety."

So there may be delays and confusion due to the unusual circumstances.

Do you know the dates when all those applications were submitted? Things are processed in CN order BUT that assumes that all the forms were processed by KCC. There could be errors or ommissions on the forms. Who knows. Things will work themselves out. Just relax!

Some got 2NL and the others no
this is my question britsimon how could this be?

And the response we're giving is getting a 2NL is highly dependent on both CN and when the DS and DSP forms were sent back to KCC. Just having a low CN does not guarantee one will get the 2NL early.

So again for those with low/current CNs who haven't received their 2NL, when did they send in their forms to KCC?

Well Sm1smom and I have both asked when the people sent the forms in. If the people sent their forms in late then that would explain it. Why are you so worried about it???

And that's why he/she hasn't received the 2NL. Those with CN 4XXXand 3XXX probably sent in their forms in May or early June, so their forms got processed early enough and they got scheduled for their interview ahead of the CN2xx who sent in his/her form in mid June.

Coz they are friends and asked me for help so, I asked you for that help
I'm not worried now as before because I believe that God will do the right for my life either travel to US or not

They will be processed and get their 2NL eventually, their interview may just be a little bit later than it should have been if they had submitted their forms earlier.

Where I'm from is immaterial to the response I've provided, so I'm sorry I would rather not indicate that :)
