HELP - Question on Supplement A to Form I-485

Question 2 on Supplement A to Form I-485 asks you to check the categories that apply. Even though I ran my own business now but in the past I have worked without the proper documentation/authorization should I check the question that is
"I have accepted employment without authorization"

Is it inviting more trouble or if I don't check it will USCIS know that I'm not been honest and treat my application accordingly.

Please give me your thoughts, I want to send all my docs in the next day or so.

What is the basis of your green card? Marriage to a US citizen? Did you enter the US legally or illegally?

Depending your situation, you may not have to file Supplement A.

Thanks for the reply Jackolantern. I entered US legally 15+ years ago and overstayed. I filed I-130 when Bill Clinton signed the LIFE act in 2000. To adjust my status while in the US I need to file Supplement A. Hope this helps
 
You entered legally, so if you're filing based on marriage to a US citizen or being the parent of an over-21 US citizen, you don't need the Supplement A.

Thanks for the reply. I'm filling on basis that my brother is a US Citizen. Been waiting a long long time but I do believe I need Supplement A for that. yes?

Please give me your thoughts on question 2 above about unauthorized employment.
