how to prepare for an interview with an open DUI case?

Hey Guys,
My wife and I are going to our initial interview soon. We are pretty well prepared however I do not know how to present my DUI case because it won't be decided until a week after my interview. I already had my preliminary hearing for that case at which I applied to an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program. This program will effectively expunge the DUI in 6 months. Most likely I will be admitted to it since it is my first offense of any kind. However, I won't have an official court decision at the immigration interview.

How can I prepare myself for the interview? What to bring other than what the court has given me already?

Nothing else. What else can you bring? Just take copies of what you have.
