i was married before and got divorced,now am married to a USC and want to file for aos but i am afraid to do so because i have to produce a divorce decree and my former husband was hiv+,will that be a problem in geting my green card?i did the medical already and was not tested for the same because of the new law!i please help.
 
What are you worried about? Your ex-husband kept the divorce decree? If you can't get it from him, you can get a certified copy from the court.

Or are you afraid that information in the divorce decree will reveal your ex-husband's HIV to your new husband, which would make him think you also have HIV?

nop,my new husband knows my status and we practice safe sex,but my worry in the homeland securiy! will they be able to know my status?and is it a problem if they know? thank you.
