TN renewal and Administrative Process

Hello,
I am from Mexico and in a tight spot and Im hoping someone can help me see if there's something I can do.
Back in 2010 I was doing an internship and I applied for a J1 visa. I got sent to administrative process, apparently because there is someone with my name that had problems with the US. After 2 or so months I got my visa.
in 2011 i got a TN visa and was told I was going to be sent to administrative process again, i told them i had the investigation done before, they found it, and I got my visa faster.
Now, I am renewing my visa and got sent to administrative process again, i told them i had the investigation done before but this time that didn't help and sent me back. Is there a way I can track this, someone I can talk to, someone I can email to see how long this will take?
I have a life in New York already and a Job I really need to get back to.

Hi ALL

I was interviewed on April 21st 2012 in chennai --> VO said visa approved n you will get the passport within a week--> got the passport without stamping within 2 days asking for company TAX related documents--> submitted on May 1st 2012 --> got the passport without stamping after 2weeks with white form saying require administrative processing --> sent email to the chennai customer care asking the status on AUG 6th 2012--> they replied on AUG11th2012 saying as below

As per the US Consulate, your application is pending under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) for mandatory administrative processing. Please note that there is no definite time for administrative processing. When administrative processing is required, the timing will vary depending on circumstances of each case. Be assured that the U.S. Consulate will contact you if the administrative processing is complete or if they require additional information.

Anyone experienced this?? what is outcome/result and time taken for the result?

I recently went through a nightmare when renewing my TN. My advise to you is WAIT. Immigration is a machine and it takes time...!!! The worst thing you can do is try to rush it, piss off an officer and be banned.

kanuk, I suspect taht this person is not petitioning a TN, as this would not be done at a consulate.

If there is any delay, simply ignore the consular process and come to US and get TN at the entry port.

Like I said, this is not a TN issue, simply put in the wrong forum.
