As the title says, how much faster is it to send the N400 form with express mail? Will there be any difference in the way the N400 is processed?
Its a waste. Regular mail is fast enough.

Average N400 processing time is about say 6 mths or 180. With express mail you might save 2 days. Is 2 days out of 180 days a big deal?
Maybe you can just send it by priority mail, cheaper and faster than regular mail. The cost is about the same since priority mail is flat rate.

Try printing USPS priority mail flat rate shipping label online and it would give you free tracking option. For most part, it reaches destination in 2 days.
