All,

I got my approval on 2007. USCIS 90 day window calculator shows that my earliest accepted filing date is: 3/21/2012.

My questions:

1. Do we have to calculate the out of country vacation days into our 5 year time period? I have around 60 days during my 5 year period.

2. I would like to sponsor my parents while I apply for my Naturalization. Can we include them now or I have to wait until I get my citizenship?

I would appreciate if you can respond to my queries.

Thanks!

Yes, you have to include all trips of 24 hours or more out of the USA.
If you can't provide exact dates, it is OK to list month and year. I did this on a separate sheet of paper per the instructions in the N-400 for my vacations to Canada.

No. Your 60 days out of the US do not delay your naturalization eligibility.

You are not a citizen yet, therefore you cannot sponsor them.
