My friend apply to remove he is conditional green card, but they call him for another interview. My question is that possible if he failed will they take back the green card.
What is chance to pass the interview??

Yes they will attempt to take away the card if he fails the interview. The chances of passing the interview are high if he is genuinely married.

So, what are the option he has once failed to meet requirements?

Can he appeal, or appeal to reconsider the decision or something like that.? What he can do after that as if he doesn't have any other status to fall back

He can appeal, and if the first appeal fails there are multiple levels of appeal possible after that.

The case in this thread is referring to somebody who already has a 2-year conditional green card and is worried about what would happen if they messed up the interview for removing conditions to extend it to a 10 year card. So EAD and I-130 would be out of the picture a long time ago. If you have specific concerns about a pending green card case, please start a new thread and describe your situation.
