L1B visa RFE to H1B

Hi,
I'm in L1B visa. I applied for visa extension & received RFE now one company is willing to offer H1B. will there be any problem of my H1B being approved because of RFE?
Urgent advise needed.

Your H-1B process should be independent of your L-1B related RFE.
