K1 and other visa

I have to decide between K1 and K3/I-130. Is K1 faster? Where do I apply K1?
I have a few questions related to K1 and other visa.

Suppose I've started K1 for for my fiancee. As it is processing, can we do any of the below?
a) She already has B1/B2 visa. Can she visit USA in that visa?
b) Can a company process H1 for her?
c) Can her company process L1?
d) If she comes here in L1 and K1 processing has long way to go
then can we stop/cancel K1 and get married here in USA?

(a) Yes, she may use her B-2 while her K-1 is being processed. JUst keep in mind that she may be refused entry.
(b) Yes
(c) Yes
(d) Yes, just make sure she spends a couple of months on L-1 before going down that route
