my wife and i went for an i751 interview and we were seperated.at the end of the interview my wife came out and said she withdrew the application cos the immigration officer told her she was going to jail because the was too many discrepancies on our ans, which she said she knows was not true. we are still married and i got a letter of denial form uscis thaty my conditoional green card has been terminted because my wife withdrew application and that she stated she regretted marrying me and that we rushed into getting married. what do i do about my job and how do i go about it now. thanks for your help

Sorry your wife made a huge mistake.

Damn! That sucks. What was your wife thinking?

were u separated on your first interview? How did it go? What evidence did you send with your I-751 form? What's your country of origin?

first interview went very smooth. we sent our car insurance, car title, old lease agreement and pics. then they requested for RFE. i sent them two letters from pple who knew us and some pice. we did not file taxes together and she never changed her last name and was not on y lease due to her credit

How do they determine who has to come for interview to remove conditions if you already had the first one for the conditional GC? I heard it is not common.

she said they lady kept threatening her and she told her there are other ways for me to go about it .when she heard that she signed the withdrawal paper. she said she felt the first one was not like this so she was wandering what was going on

Depends on how much evidence you submitted, the gut feel of the evaluator, some randomness, and how your original I-130/I-485 went. Too many variables to try to do a forensics on that

Is this a bona fide marriage? Was it tape recorded? Perhaps she was provided with false assurance by the officer. But for me the bottom line is, I don't think your wife cares too much about you. That's just my opinion. Is she ready to stick with you through the appellate process?

wow, 2 years into it and she regrets getting married? seems like you guys have been having problems long before the interview happened. unless she's a total dimwit, she withdrew that application on purpose, if i had to guess on it. sorry to hear this is happening to ya.

Sorry to know that however it seems that you made some basic mistakes if you were genuinely married: first go see immigration approved attorney, second change your wife's last name and file taxes together, third if/whenever you apply next time make sure you have all the possible evidences to prove that you are married in good faith means all insurance, leases, emails etc send it along with papers to USCIS that way they don't call you for interview as they will find all the satisfactory evidences and even if they do call you for interview it will be easy for you. I wish you good luck and I hope your problem is solved quickly. keep us posted!
