Hello
I would like some advice on what is the best course of action in my circumstances.
I am a US Citizen with a US passport which I gained via my father through the green card lottery scheme. I lived in the USA for approximately 2 years after which I returned to Pakistan.
I am now married with 2 children.
From reading the law I understand that my children are not automatically entitled to US Citizenship since I lived in the USA for less than 2 years.
I would like to return to the US with my husband and 2 children who are all Pakistani citizens.
What is the best route to get my immediate family to the US and then have their status changed to permanent residence? Many thanks in advance.
Regards
Sameena

How did you naturalise after being in the US for only 2 years as a GC holder? Were you a minor who naturalised when one of you parents naturalised? Actually there is a provision for you to pass on US citizenship to your children. You can use your parents' physical presence for passing US citizenship to your children. Read up on N-600K and "Application for Citizenship under section 322".
You will need to sponsor your husband for a green card.
This is the wrong sub-forum for your query :)

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Yes I was a minor at the time of getting my citizenship.

One question currently we are all together in Pakistan. I left the USA soon after getting a US passport as a child and have spent the last 13 years in Pakistan. For me to sponsor my husband for a greecard do I need to be in the USA?

Thanks in advance.

That depends on the policies of the local US consulate. Some consulates can accept an I-130 from a resident US citizen who shows the intention to relocate to the US once his/her relatives are granted green cards. Check with your local consulate.
