US Born PIO & Proof of Lawful Entry

Hi All,
My child is born here in US and has PIO card. Now, we want to apply for OCI along with us for him. In the requirements, section 7 has list of options for "Proof of Lawful Entry"

I looked at all 5 options. None of them applies to him. (No Indian Passport/GC/EAD/I-130 & 1981 rule).

Question
What should i send for this requirement for him? I will be applying OCI along with us.

Parent(s) should be US citizens for children to get OCI. Include parents' proof of first lawful entry into US or can include parents' copy of OCI (if they have OCI)
 
Thanks for the quick response. It's helpful. Yes, we both are US Citizens. We are applying for our son's OCI along with us.

You can then make a family application together. Your US born son does not need anything except a copy of his US birth certificate and his US passport. You the parents will need to submit your previous Indian passports and complete paperwork to renounce Indian citizenship.

Thanks. We already renounced our Indian citizenship and got the passport back with surrender certificate.

Question:
I asked the same in another thread also...repeating here:-> Do you know whether i should do 1 order form in Travisa OR separate order form for all the family members?

----Send the COPY of Child Birth US birth Certificate And you have also to Send PIO Card. When they stamp the Child US passport with U Visa and Provide you OCI of Child then they keep the PIO Card (make copy of PIO Card for record)
** on Cover letter write clearly that CHILD ABC was born in US and Copy of his US birth certificate is attached. For Child OCI both the Parents should sign Part B with Names.

You can make one certified Bank check for all. But I prefer separate certified check for Each application so that if any problem with A application B OCI should not be delayed.
Or wait for others response in similar to your situation who applied OCI through Travisa

Thanks. I agree for separate checks. I did the same for renouncing the indian citizenship.
