please share your story if any of you or friend applied and had or never had any issues. I been visiting since 06 last time she put it on my I-94 I have two US born kids and my US citizen applied for I-30.

Please be encourging, supportive. We have applied Adjustment of status and I-94 only say eoc (extension of stay) cos (change of status)

You have applied for AOS. The I-94 says "No EOS/COS". So technically speaking, you are in the clear. Having said that, it is still possible that the I-485 adjudicator might give you a hardtime during the interview.

Thank you for your reply. Attorney said the same thing to me. But is it possible they reject me if yes then i am in hell of trouble because my family will throw me out as this is my love marriage. (while i was engaged with my cousin since my birth) if they deport me i am no where

One more interesting thing i am so dump that i did not saw that remarks until the lawyers told me about after she detach it to make copy

Can you recall what conversation took place between you and the POE officer that triggered him/her to add this legend to your I-94?

I stayed in US for 5 months and went to Mexico for few days when we got back i met a red neck at the immigration and he asked me some questions and then he took my passport. So i saw this lady at my second interview and she asked me when i was travelling back and i told her that i plan to go back within my last entry period which was like only one week or ten days left and she said why not my boy friend dont sponsor me back home she said when we are getting married etc etc. My son did not had milk in last flight i was not allowed to get in milk in plain so he was giving me very very hard time. they stopped me for three hours and my son was hungry tired it was the most difficult time of my life. At that time my husband was seperated from his ex wife so he was not able to sponsor me right away (one year seperation is required in VA) so we talked to some lawyers that one year is completing in June (that was april) what should i do many lawyers told me that divorce would take 6-8 weeks and i will be still fine in my 180 days and we are good to go. So we started the divorce process but that lady was in Pak further more they have two kids so all this mess took whole 9 months. Court ask us to sign some papers and she took two months to sign those papers and here i am. sorry for long story

Well since you have already applied fro AOS, most of this is water under the bridge. It all depends on your AOS adjudicator. You may breeze through your AOS or you may get the third degree. Have you received your interview date yet?

My attorney just submitted all paper work on 5/11/11 so far i have't got anything. Also please further explain it for (It all depends on your AOS adjudicator. You may breeze through your AOS or you may get the third degree. ) as i never understand anything from this. thanks

In other words. You may have a really easy interview. Or you may have one where you both are separated and interviewed separately. Or anything within these two extremes.
